All prices on this site are stated in AUD. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at time of ordering. Orders will not be shipped until all funds are received. Payments by credit card are processed securely using Stripe. Please see stripe.com for more details. At this time, Stripe payments can only be processed for customers using a bank account based in Australia, USA, Canada, UK or Ireland. For other countries, customers should contact Salt Country to arrange an alternative payment method.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Shipping within AUSTRALIA is via Australia Post and charges are calculated according to product weight and dimensions. We are able to ship using Regular Post or Express Post. Please see auspost.com.au for more information. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment into Salt Country's bank account. Customers will be notified via email when their order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping to INTERNATIONAL destinations is via Australia Post and charges are calculated according to product weight and dimensions. Countries covered for international shipping at this time are restricted to: New Zealand, United States (USA), Canada, United Kingdom (UK), China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Israel, Lithuania. This is due to Australia Post service restrictions. If your country is not included in the above list, please email us to ask about shipping options.
We ship international parcels using Australia Post's International 'Pack and Track' service. This service typically delivers within 3-10 business days from time of shipping. Please see auspost.com.au for more information. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment into Salt Country's bank account. Customers will be notified via email when their order has been shipped and will be provided with a tracking code for use with the Australia Post website. A signature will be required upon receipt of goods. In case of problem or delay, please contact Australia Post directly as per the information supplied to the customer upon shipping. Salt Country is not responsible for any matter regarding custom policies or administrative fees and duties that may apply in the customer's country.
CONDITION OF RECEPTION
Products are guaranteed original and genuine. The postal service is responsible for delivering goods in the same quality and state as of the time of shipping. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the parcel upon receipt and any discrepancy such as damage of loss should be claimed directly to the postal service.
Any events which are out of Salt Country's hands (such as force majeure, strike, administrative decisions, shipping issues etc.), which may affect delivery, cannot be used against Salt Country as grounds for cancellation of the order, nor can they be used to justify claim for damage or interests.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and goods will not be accepted for return or exchange unless goods are deemed to be:
- faulty (by no fault of the customer);
- wrongly described; or
- different to the goods ordered by the customer.
Salt Country will provide a full refund for unsatisfactory items only when:
- goods have not been worn, damaged or washed; and
- proof of purchase is provided.
Contact must be made with Salt Country within 10 working days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns will not be accepted after this period. If returns are accepted, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. Salt Country does not refund original shipping charges.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery. Salt Country does not take responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Salt Country will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
To return a faulty item please send an email to email@example.com stating your name, invoice number, reference of the item(s) you wish to return and a photo of any defects. Please state whether you require a refund or an item exchange. We will handle your claim within 1-3 working days.
If and when your claim is accepted you will receive a confirmation email. Return the item to our address, according to all conditions stated above. We will exchange your item or refund your money after the item is received. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction into your account once, typically 3-5 days.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the unlikely event of unavailable stock, we will contact you via email to arrange an agreeable alternative.
Personal data are primarily processed using automated tools, exclusively for the purposes indicated and the time strictly necessary for achieving the purposes for which they were collected. Customer email addresses can be used for sending newsletters and updates with valuable information.
